This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Creative Radicals, LLC (collectively “Creative Radicals,” “our” or “we” or “us”) for the information we collect, use and disclose.  By either notating with a check mark or “I agree” referencing this Privacy Policy, or by using our Product(s), or using any features of our website, You signify that you have read, understood, and accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. This document describes our policies in effect from the date last updated, as set forth above.

We gather information through our website located at www.creativeradicals.com when using our “contact us” feature, and through our products and/or services used by our customers that deliver analytics and insights (“Products”).  This Privacy Policy describes how we act as a data controller and handle data across our business.

Creative Radicals collects information from potential and current customers, suppliers, or partners in connection with our Products, or when you otherwise interact with us.

This can include:

• Information voluntarily provided to us, such as contact details, customer service communications, financial and transaction data, account information or other information communicated to us;
• Information required to operate our business or deliver our Products, such as customer registration information, information submitted or logged when using our Products, sales support and feedback, payment information, and information provided when visiting our website;
• Usage, analytics and navigational information when customers use our Products;

Our primary purpose in collecting your personal information is to deliver a meaningful user experience. If you are using the Product(s), you are responsible for your users’ content.  We use your personal information for our legitimate business purposes including: 1) the delivery of our Products and the managing of our contractual relationship with our customers, vendors, and suppliers; 2) product improvement and customer support; 3) managing our business; and 4) marketing.

Please note that if you are a current customer and opt-out from receiving marketing communications, we may still send you important Product related user messages necessary for Product administration.

We may disclose information in the following situations: 1) To our affiliates and other third-party service providers, pursuant to a contract for services they provide to us so that we may deliver Products to our customers; 2) to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to cooperate with government authorities, including law enforcement, and other legal reasons;  and 3) to effectuate a Business Transaction.

Except as stated above, we do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third-party without permission.

We help our customers make sense of significant amounts of relevant publicly and commercially available information. Our customers direct their queries using our Products and decide what information they deem relevant and what data sources they wish to search.

The processing of personal data related to our Products varies by Product. We operate as a service provider to our customers, and our customer’s use our Products as a search tool.  This Policy does not apply or extend to our customers’ uses of our Products.  The use of our Products by our customers is governed by the subscription terms and conditions in our End User License Agreement (“EULA”).
